转线搬运二轴桁架机械手是为某卫浴产品在两条生产线之间进行转线搬运而设计的一款桁架机械手。

利用机械手抓起马桶在两条输送线之间进行转移，每次抓取一组，每组3件；设计抓手末端可活动，抓手的夹持力可调。当行进至指定位置时候，夹手松开进行放料动作，放料时具有缓冲功能。

机械手结构主体和横梁均采用矩形钢管制作，强度及刚度好，结构紧凑。整体结构刚性及应力经ANSYS分析符合受力要求。

转线搬运二轴桁架机械手是整体生产线中的一部分，可与输送线信号进行交互，并远程控制该桁架机械手设备。
