The entire system is divided into lid loading station, lid cleaning station 1, lid cleaning station 2, clean lid buffering station, and lid closing station. The main structure of the overall equipment is welded with Q235A steel. The two-axis truss manipulator is composed of X-axis, Z-axis, clamping jaws, and columns. The X/Z-axis is driven by a servo motor to drive a planetary reducer, a synchronous belt, and a rack and pinion drive. The clamping jaw is composed of a suction cup and a cover mechanism to meet the customer's load, speed, and accuracy requirements.

When the cleaning station is free, the truss manipulator is responsible for grabbing a single bucket lid and putting it into the cleaning equipment for cleaning. The cleaned bucket lids are picked up by the truss robot and placed in the clean lid buffer station or directly to the lid closing station to complete the lid closing.

The equipment implements various national, industry, and enterprise standards and adopts modular structural design. All metal surfaces under the coating are treated by sandblasting and rust removal. The surface is degreased, pickled, phosphated, and coated.
