Six axis mold cutting truss manipulator

Truss manipulators are widely used and popularized in industrial automated production. The five-axis truss manipulators and six-axis truss robots designed and produced by Truman are equipped with terminals that can complete various parts processing operations such as cutting, milling, drilling, trimming, and grinding. The edge cutting robot is used to automatically cut off the waste edge of the bathtub, and the position positioner cooperates with the cutting. The cutting edge is clean, the control precision is accurate, the product is uniform, the defective rate is greatly reduced, time and effort are saved, and labor costs are saved.

Equipment composition and principle:

The Scara manipulator is independently designed and developed by us. This manipulator has a compact and flexible structure, fast running speed, and high transmission accuracy. The maximum load can reach 15kg. It adjusts the Z-axis height and cooperates with the positioner. It is equipped with a cutting saw at the front end to perform fully automatic edge trimming of bathtubs of various specifications.

The edge trimming rotary positioner is located at the lower part of the tooling fixture. It can rotate 360° and is rigid enough to cooperate with the robot's movements to ensure the process. The positioner is driven by a single-axis servo. The servo drive ensures the accuracy, rigidity, stability and other performance of the positioner. The upper detection signal line is mounted on the circuit slip ring, which can rotate 360° to ensure the safe and stable operation of multiple material detection sensor mechanisms on the upper part of the positioner.

The lifting and material moving mechanism consists of a lifting cylinder and a driving mechanism. Through the height cooperation of the cylinder and the start and stop control of the driving mechanism, the bathtub and mold are moved vertically on the conveyor line.
