working process

Palletizing process:

According to the system instructions, the truss robot moves the clamp to the designated position, descends on the Z-axis to grab the mattress, and moves the product to the corresponding pallet. When approaching the pallet, it decelerates in advance and stacks it in the center of the pallet.

Destacking process:

After receiving the instruction, the truss robot moves to the corresponding destacking station, the manipulator grabs the mattress in the center, the clamp moves to the center of the pallet positioning, the clamp lowers to grab, and then moves the product to the designated location.
