Three-axis truss manipulator equipment functions
In the refining workshop, 500 kilograms of single anode plates are transferred from the anode plate cooling pool to the anode plate single chain conveyor. The anode plate handling truss manipulator can realize unmanned transfer of anode plates, and at the same time realize data interaction with the existing raw material sales information system and production management and control system (MES). The spreader of the plate handling truss manipulator has a rotation function. After extracting a single anode plate from the cooling pool in the north-south direction, the anode plate is removed in the east-west direction at the receiving end of the single chain conveyor. The spreader can rotate the anode plate 90°.
