The paper cup manufacturing industry requires continuous, high-precision, and high-efficiency feeding operations to maintain stable product quality and production output. Traditional manual sector paper feeding faces many drawbacks, including unstable feeding rhythm, paper offset, low efficiency, and high labor costs, which cannot meet the demands of modern intelligent paper cup production lines. The sector paper feeding truss robot is a professional industrial automatic feeding device customized for paper cup production scenarios, achieving full-process unmanned circulation from raw material transportation to equipment feeding.
Developed by Truemen, the sector paper feeding truss robot features multi-axis cooperative linkage and intelligent closed-loop control system. It can perfectly adapt to the grabbing, transportation and precise feeding operations of stacked sector paper sheets. Working with AGV handling equipment, this truss robot builds an intelligent automatic feeding system, effectively solving the pain points of manual feeding and realizing 24-hour uninterrupted automatic production for paper cup workshops.
Before formal production, the entire automated system completes material preparation in advance. The upper computer system issues material transportation instructions according to the production schedule. The AGV car transports the special material rack loaded with neatly stacked sector paper to the designated working area of the truss robot. At this stage, the sector paper feeding truss robot remains in standby mode, waiting for the feeding instruction from the control system to start the subsequent operation.
Once the paper cup forming machine sends a material shortage signal, the control system immediately activates the sector paper feeding truss robot. The horizontal axis of the truss robot slides stably along the high-precision linear guide rail and accurately locates above the material rack. Then the vertical axis descends to the calibrated grabbing height, and the customized end effector stably grabs the whole stack of sector paper. The overall grabbing method effectively keeps the paper sheets neat and avoids edge wrinkling or position deviation.
After completing the material grabbing, the truss robot lifts vertically to completely separate the sector paper from the material rack and prevent paper friction and damage during transportation. Through the linkage of horizontal axis and rotation axis, the truss robot transports the paper stack to the feeding port of the paper cup machine at a constant speed. The flexible constant-speed operation mode greatly reduces material displacement caused by mechanical inertia and ensures a stable paper posture throughout the transportation process.
When reaching the feeding position, the vertical axis of the truss robot descends accurately and places the whole stack of sector paper on the positioning tool. After confirming stable placement, the end effector resets and releases the material. The truss robot then returns to the initial standby position according to the preset optimal path, waiting for the next feeding instruction to realize cyclic automatic feeding operation.
Equipped with encoders and multi-sensor closed-loop control system, the sector paper feeding truss robot realizes real-time monitoring and dynamic error correction during operation. The repeated positioning accuracy is controlled within ±1mm, which effectively eliminates the feeding deviation caused by manual operation. It significantly improves the forming qualification rate of paper cups and reduces production waste and equipment idle rate.
As a core automatic device for paper cup production upgrading, the paper cup automatic feeding truss robot effectively reduces manual intervention and enterprise operation costs. It standardizes the feeding process, stabilizes production rhythm, and provides reliable intelligent equipment support for unmanned and automated transformation of paper cup manufacturing enterprises.
